Robert A. Abiuso Joins Sahn Ward Coschignano, PLLC as Counsel

UNIONDALE, NEW YORK — Sahn Ward Coschignano, PLLC has announced that Robert A. Abiuso has joined the firm as Counsel. Mr. Abiuso concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury litigation, insurance and supplemental underinsured and uninsured motorist (SUM) litigation, defense of claims against property damage, and municipal claims litigation. Mr. Abiuso also represents clients in criminal defense matters and real estate transactions throughout the metropolitan area. Prior to joining the firm, he maintained his own practice with offices in Babylon.
 
Mr. Abiuso is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey and the District of Columbia, and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, the American Association of Justice (formerly ATLA), the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Nassau County Lawyers Guild.
 
He graduated from St. John’s University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center with a Juris Doctor.
