John Dalli Named Recipient of Long Island Business News’ Leadership in Law Award

Oct. 29, 2013 - MINEOLA, N.Y. -- (Mineola, NY) - John Dalli, Partner, Dalli & Marino, LLP has been named a recipient of Long Island Business News’ Leadership in Law Award in the category of Partner. He will be honored at a special ceremony on November 14 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury.

Mr. Dalli has been practicing law since 1995. He concentrates his practice on abuse and negligence cases involving nursing facilities, hospitals and assisted living homes. The firm has been named as one of New York State’s top firms that concentrate on legal actions against nursing homes who violate the rights of its residents.

Many of his successful trials derived from cases involving negligence, medical errors and on-site construction injuries. In 2012, he won a $10.15 million verdict for a client who suffered serious injuries after falling 15 feet out of a bucket truck while removing asbestos at a construction site. Mr. Dalli won over $3 million in settlements for his clients within the last four years from nursing homes and facilities failing to meet residents’ needs.
