  • A U.S. District Court Judge ruled in favor of a client of The Law Offices of Frederick K. Brewington when two Nassau County police officers sought to dismiss the client's complaint against them but the motion was denied. This was reported by Newsday. Mr. Brewington also announced he was representing a female African-American Nassau County police officer who was falsely arrested and faced racial discrimination and physical and verbal assault by two other officers.
